Payment Policies
We accept PayPal, Checks, Money Orders, and Cashier's Checks. We accept credit card orders through PayPal at this time. Items will not be shipped until payment is processed. You will be notified when payment is received and again when payment has been processed (if applicable)and your when your order is shipped. All California resident's must add 7.25 % sales tax to their order. (This is done automatically if paying through PayPal.) Shipping and Handling
All orders will be mailed by Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation (Package Tracking)through the United States Postal Service (USPS), unless you specify another form of shipping. If you wish to add services such as restricted delivery or signature confirmation, additional fees will apply. Please allow up to 4 weeks after payment is processed* to receive your order. We will contact you by email or phone if there is any delay in filling your order.
*Orders will not be filled until payment has been verified, if paying by check expect this to take 5-10 days after we have received the check (we will notify you by email when payment has been received).
Return Policy
Our first priority is customer satisfaction. If you feel the need to return one of your Wisecrafts products please contact us at support@wisecrafts.com or by phone at 707-496-2730. We will then have you ship the product back to us at 1816 17th Street, Eureka, CA 95501 with a note detailing the reason for the return. Please include an email address or phone number at which we can reach you. Clothing has a 30 day money back guarantee. All returned clothing must be unworn. Custom orders cannot be refunded without due cause as determined by Wisecrafts.
